Like many people, I don’t have a lot of time to spend reading the news. (Of course, apparently, I can make time to watch videos of guys acting like cats, to see slideshows of cool vacation destinations, or to check out neat camping trailers.) So I have tended to get the bulk of my understanding from headlines and first lines. Which hasn’t really given me a complete view of world happenings.
