An internet meme making the rounds reads, "Saving a dog won't change the world, but for that dog, the world is changed." I couldn't agree more. So my plea to you is this: As holiday gifting time approaches, if you're considering gifting a puppy or a dog, please consider adopting from your local shelter or from a nearby rescue. You'll find an amazing animal and will alter that pet's life forever. Just ask these two goof balls!
