This Kmart is funny and sardonic and whimsical and irreverent. This Kmart is willing to tell folks it's OK to ship your pants. This Kmart lets its consumers lash out about "big gas" prices. This Kmart is willing to put, in the same ad, Satan, Genghis Khan, and a nun. This Kmart rings in the holidays with, well, a bang.
It's just a matter of whether this Kmart's stores actually follow through with the image/brand they want to create.
Can you walk in to a Kmart store or go onto the Kmart site and feel the same as you did when you saw one of their recent ads? Or are you disappointed?
It's a test. And does the brand pass?
